IDX stands for Internet Data Exchange. It’s the technology that lets your website display real-time MLS listings – the same homes, prices, and photos you see in your local Multiple Listing Service – directly on your own site instead of sending visitors to Zillow, Realtor.com, or another third-party portal.
With IDX, buyers can search active listings, save favorite properties, and set up alerts for new homes that match their criteria – all without ever leaving your website.
